Kourtney is pleasant, detail-oriented, and treats every customer with the same respect and care. What stood out: Clear communication about what needed to be done. Phone conversations are especially reassuring: he explains what was done to the car in detail, stays calm and patient even if I ask him to repeat something, and maintains a friendly, upbeat demeanor. We recently purchased a 2026 GMC Yukon from this dealership. They didn’t have what we wanted on their lot so they did a dealer trade to get us the perfect vehicle in the color we wanted with our desired options. Our salesman was Max Kiehne and he did a great job of explaining the many features of the vehicle to us. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and helpful and it was the best and quickest car buying experience we have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership.

So refreshing that a dealership has a human reach out; so many others engaged with useless bots that didn’t understand simple questions, and couldn’t or wouldn’t connect me to a human.
