James Morse at Ron Anderson saved my 2019 Chevrolet Spark from being declared a total loss. I originally took my car to Caliber Collision after the insurance adjuster advised me to choose the body shop with the best Google reviews. Caliber recommended that the vehicle be considered a total loss after a visual inspection. I decided to get a second opinion at Ron Anderson. James put my car on a frame machine, took actual measurements, found no damage to the suspension or wheel end, and determined that the quarter panel was 100% repairable. He prepared a repair estimate about $2,300 lower than Caliber’s and stood behind it. Based on his inspection and repair plan, the insurance company ultimately changed course and proceeded with a repair settlement instead of a total-loss settlement. Throughout the process, James was professional, reassuring, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping me save my car. If you’re looking for a body shop you can trust—especially when an insurance company or another shop is telling you your car may be a total loss—I highly recommend James Morse and Ron Anderson.

This place I would definitely recommend to anyone they did an amazing job yesterday dealing with us and getting the car we wanted for us! We came in having our hopes high and had our eyes already on a car we wanted to get and before we even reached the door we were greeted by Mr. John boatright the second we got out of our car everything was so comfortable from dealing with John to talking to him, we also had our 11month old son with us and they were so patient and didn’t mind us having our son with us even let him walk and crawl around playing with his toys and didn’t mind one bit! We are so thankful for the team there and especially John boatright he’s your guy if you ever come in definitely ask for him!!
